The school is just 2 miles from the Michigan border. The new high school and middle school were dedicated in 2006 with state-of-the-art classrooms, labs, and technology. It is air conditioned and equipped with top-notch security. The campus also includes an air conditioned elementary wing built in 2001. In addition, there are 2 gymnasiums, 1 soccer field, 2 clay baseball diamonds, a weight room, 2 libraries, 2 large computer labs and over 200 computers throughout the campus. Emmanuel was the first Christian school in Toledo to seek and receive ACSI accreditation. The school, by choice, is a church-controlled school.
