Girls' Cross Country

Senior Sara Armstrong signed a national letter of intent to run cross country at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio. Sara has been a standout at Emmanuel Christian over the last four years, and has won the Toledo Area Athletic Conference cross country title her freshman, sophomore, and junior year. She also was second team All-TAAC in track last year in the 800 and 1600-meter races. Sara plans on studying physical therapy assisting while at Shawnee State. She is a NHS member and a Flower Hospital volunteer. ECS is proud of Sara’s accomplishments and of her future goals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Emmanuel Cross-Country team participates in the Toledo Area Athletic Conference and the Association of Christian Schools International State Tournament. The coach for the Warriors is Nick Taylor.
