Reenrollment for 2012-2013This page is designed to help you complete the reenrollment process for the 2012-2013 school year. This page is only to be used if one of the steps below was not completed through the RenWeb reenrollment process.
1) Print Pastor Reference Form (click here) - This form needs to be given to your pastor to fill out and mail back to the school.  2) Setup your FACTS account for the 2012-2013 school year by clicking the Facts logo at the left. This must be done by all families using FACTS, even if you have used it in the past. If you have questions concerning FACTS, contact Shelly Miller at 419-473-3280.
3) Click the button below to pay the reenrollment fee for 2012-2013. The fee will be $120/child.
