Snock Fight? What's that? Each January the student council of ECS sponsors an all-out war between classes - an indoor snowball fight using socks and barricades. What else does student council do? They exist to promote school spirit and to be a bridge between students and the school administration. With representatives from each high school class, student council helps with Spiritual Emphasis Week. In addition, they help make school fun with their annual Pigskin Classic, Turkey Bowl, February Frenzy, and Sneak Peek Week. They also plan an Annual Blood Drive, raise awareness and funds for special projects like Operation Shoe Box, Children's supplies for Iraqis, and Hurricane Katrina. Student council is also involved in community projects like helping out at the Cherry Street Mission, the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank, and Tent City.
